Tenuta Villa Lavinia was founded in 1997 as a family project, when we built our first residence, Villa Lavinia. From that beginning, filled with vision and dedication, our journey expanded with the construction of Poggio Pasquale and Elaios, the villa that will host you today.

Three residences immersed in nature which, together with the agricultural estate, form a single harmonious complex: our Tenuta.

Spread across 130 hectares of unspoiled landscape in Vitorchiano, in the province of Viterbo and just over an hour from Rome, the Tenuta rises in the heart of the Tuscia. An ancient land marked by Etruscan presence, the slow rhythm of the countryside, and a natural elegance that flows through rolling hills, olive groves, and woodlands.

We cultivate 10,000 olive trees with artisanal care and deep respect for tradition, producing an extra virgin olive oil that reflects the character of this territory. Our 30 hectares of woodland complete the ecosystem of the Tenuta, offering tranquility, biodiversity, and a beauty that changes with the seasons.

For over twenty-five years, our family has guided every decision with passion, balance, and attention to detail. Each villa has been conceived and built by us to offer an experience of authentic and refined hospitality, in a place where nature, history, and country life blend together in perfect harmony.
